Parish Council Meetings Update
Please note that subject to Government guidance scheduled Parish Council meetings in the Village Hall are currently suspended.
Until further guidance is received from the Government Parish Council meetings will be held virtually via Zoom call. The meeting dates for virtual meetings will continue to follow the original dates established for meetings in the Village Hall (unless alterations are required which will be advertised on this website and noticeboards).
Notification of the agenda and timing of the meetings will be published as usual on the Parish Council village noticeboard and this website three full days before the meeting is due to be held.
The next virtual Parish Council meeting will be held on 1st July 2020, 7.30pm via Zoom.
Meeting dates for 2020: 9th January, 5th February, 4th March, 1st April, 6th May, 3rd June, 1st July, 5th August, 2nd September, 7th October, 4th November, 2nd December.
Following Government guidelines the 2020 Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Meeting of the Parish Council have been cancelled with the next meetings to be held in 2021.
Agenda and Papers:
Papers are issued to councillors 3 working days before the next meeting.
A copy of the agenda will be available on the parish noticeboard and website at this time.
A full set of papers is available on this website and also in the Village Hall at the start of the meeting for any members of the parish who would like to join the meeting.
Cherwell District Council - Parish Liaison Meetings
Twice a year Cherwell members and officers hold a meeting for representatives of parish authorities. The purpose is to raise and discuss issues of mutual intertest.
